- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.
- Orders are intended for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. You warrant that your payment method is valid and authorized.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other events outside our control.
- Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once products are transferred to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.
- Customised, personalised, or sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged.

- All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Pem Juluk Creations or the respective Indigenous artists.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any content without prior written consent.

- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
