14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Please provide:
    • Order number
    • Photo of the item showing the issue
    • Brief description of the problem
  • Once approved, we will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

 

Change of Mind

  • As some of our products are custom-printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before ordering.

European Union Customers

  • If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
