Processing Times
- Majority of our products are custom-made to order.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Australia
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available).
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to selected countries.
- Delivery times vary but generally range from 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Delays
- While we always aim for timely delivery, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to postal service issues, weather events, or peak seasonal demand.
- We cannot take responsibility for delays once an order is with the shipping carrier.
Lost or Missing Orders
